Good morning and happy Tuesday. Why have we complicated life so much? God gave the Israelites 10 rules and they turned em into thousands because it made them feel more special when they done more righteous stuff. God didn't change a thing when Jesus was on the scene and getting the word out to the gentile nations. His rules stayed the same and Jesus showed us the simplicity of following God's word. It really is simple, love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your mind, and all your soul, love each other the way you love yourself. So what's gotten in the way? We've forgotten the root of the original ten. The bar is set high and for a reason. We need Him to reach it. We cannot do it on our own. But our society has become about ourselves through the years and slowly moving away from the simpleness of what God has for us. He didn't want it to be hard, but He also didn't want it to be just a given. We have to commit ourselves to Him and not this world. Jesus was love in the flesh. Action you could see and today read of. Is your love hidden and reserved for the things you want to give it to? Or does God lead you to give it and you choose to keep it?  There is the dilemma of todays chaos. We don't love each other the way we should. Know this for sure; if you're reading this from a text from me this morning, I love you. I really do. You mean something to me. And if you're reading this from the Internet page, the same goes for you. No one is different and no one is above another. When we fall in love with God, all this becomes simple. The world will make it hard, but faith in the promise God has made will overcome the world. Wait, He's already done that. So move on to the next place in the journey before you. Loving God and others the whole way. In love always. <><
